- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange your hat for a different color, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect hat, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, and we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
